The Skinny: This is another DOUBLE CT DELUXE (CT Brewery and a CT Restaurant. Thomas Hooker Brewing Company is teaming up with Pond House Grill for this Beer Dinner. This will be a 5 course Dinner. First the Beers: Blonde Ale, Irish Red Ale, IPA, Doppelbock, Chocolate Lager. The Food: Conch Chowder, House Made Corn Dogs, Chicken with pretzal dumplings, Scallops and Chips and lastly White Chocolate Mousse parfait.
